Due to the digital nature of font software and lettering assets, all sales are generally final once the download link has been accessed. If you encounter a technical defect or accidentally purchased a duplicate license, please contact us within 30 days for assistance.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Technical Issue
Ensure your font software is properly installed and that the issue is not related to application-specific settings or hardware compatibility.
- 2.Submit Support Request
Email our support team with your order number, account details, and a clear description of the technical fault or licensing error.
- 3.Deactivation Agreement
If a refund is approved, you must provide written confirmation that all copies of the software have been deleted from your devices and backups.
- 4.Processing Refund
Once your request is validated, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
